Recording artiste Trmor is confident that one day his name will be listed among the greats in Jamaican music.
“Although I am a new artiste I am not worried about when my break will come. Right now, I am focused on developing my craft and making music that will last for generations to come. I do not want to be an overnight sensation. I want to have a long and successful career,” said the artiste.
The Kingston-born singjay is confident that in due time he will be a force to reckon with on the international music scene.
“My goal is to become an international music star. I am confident that I will achieve this goal because I’m bringing something new and exciting to the table. I’m fusing reggae and dancehall music with other genres including Afrobeat, Soca and EDM to make music that appeals to music lovers worldwide,” he said
Trmor is currently promoting his new single titled Ooh Nah Na. The song which was produced by Kasteel Nation is currently enjoying heavy rotation both locally and internationally.
“My team and I are extremely pleased with the response that my song is getting. It’s receiving a lot of rotation locally and it’s beginning to pick up in other territories including the US, Africa, England and Europe.”
Trmor given name Shakeir Kidd grew up in the Barbican area of Kingston. He launched his recording career in 2021 with the release of a single titled Guilty Pleasures on the Tyrah Records imprint.
