Dancehall artiste Sunshine Velvet is looking forward to making her debut at this year’s Sting concert which is scheduled to take place at Jamworld on Boxing Day in Portmore, St. Catherine.
“I feel excited about my upcoming performance at Sting this year. It’s the best birthday gift I could ever receive this year. I was born on Boxing Day, and I intend to deliver an exciting performance for the patrons who will attend this prestigious event on Boxing Day,” said the artiste.
The vivacious singjay who hails from the parish of Portland was recently contracted to be the brand ambassador for the Montego based Admiral Bailey Tours and Vesper Villas.
“I was contracted in October to be the brand ambassador for Admiral Bailey Tours and Vespers Villas after a representatives of the company asked me to appear in a promotional video for both companies. Since then, I have appeared in their commercials and social media ad campaigns,” said Sunshine Velvet.
She is currently enjoying much attention with her single titled ‘Ooh My Gosh’.
“This song is doing very well, it’s getting tremendous support from DJs in various parts of the world including Jamaica, the States, Africa, and the UK. I’m also getting a lot of positive feedback about it from my fans in the streets and online. It’s a good look for my career.”
Sunshine Velvet is also promoting a new single titled ‘Last Time’ featuring Regal Imperial on the Love Star Productions label. She is also set to release two new singles next month on the Love Star Productions imprint, ‘Man Clown’ and ‘Independent Gal’.
