Eligible participants must be Canadian citizens or Permanent Residents, with a track record of residency in Canada during the specified eligibility period.

While national distribution is not a prerequisite, artists must have released music within the specified timeframe, ensuring that their work is accessible to Canadian audiences.
With 16 diverse categories ranging from Male and Female Vocalists of the Year to Top Album/EP of the Year, RNMA encompasses the breadth and depth of Canadian Reggae and Dancehall talent.
