Reggae singer Rad Dixon is determined to cement his place on the international reggae music scene.
“I am fully aware that building a successful career on the international music scene is not an overnight process. As the good book says, the race is not for the swift but for those who can endure it. So, I will continue my mission and keep on singing conscious reggae music for music lovers all over the world,” said the artiste.
The Manchester-born singer and songwriter is currently getting ready to drop a new single titled ‘Jah Live’ featuring Anthony B.
“This song is a reminder to the people that Jah is still alive. No matter how the forces of darkness try they will never overthrow righteousness because Jah is for the righteous. Jah is unconquerable and his love endures forever,” said Rad Dixon.
The song which is produced by Tasjay Productions is scheduled to be released on November 13. It is lead single from a various artiste EP which the label plans to release early next year. The five-song project will also feature songs from Luciano, Horace Martin and Tony Anthony.
Still basking in the success of his debut album, ‘Hard Times’, which was released in January, Rad Dixon recently began recording tracks for his sophomore album.
“My debut album is still receiving a lot of support from DJs in various parts of the world including Europe, Jamaica, and the USA. I intend to build on the success of this album by releasing a follow-up album next year,” he said.
Dixon is also gearing up for a series of performances across the US and Canada early next year.
