US-based dancehall artiste Mawhga Lion is currently enjoying much attention with his single titled ‘Foreign A No Easy Place’.
“I visited Jamaica in January for a mini promotional tour, and I am very pleased with the way it turned out. Everywhere I went my songs received a good response especially ‘Foreign A No Easy Place’. I’m thankful to all the DJs who are playing my music in Jamaica,” said the artiste.
‘Foreign A No Easy Place’ is currently number 15 on the Jamaica Music Countdown Top 25 Reggae Singles Chart. “It’s a very good feeling to have a song on the charts but the goal is to get to the number one spot. So, my team and I are going all out with the promotion of this single. It’s playing on all top radio stations in Jamaica, the video is also getting strong rotation. I also have to give a big shout out to Bobby Crisass for all the hard work that he is doing to promote my music in Jamaica,” he said.
Mawgha Lion is also promoting two other singles, ‘Icon’, and ‘Weeble’. Both songs were produced by him and released on his Mawhga Lion imprint in January. The hardworking entertainer is currently working on a seven-track EP project that he plans to release later this year.
