Chester Miller Revives Classics with Reggae Brilliance

Canadian reggae artist Chester Miller is creating a buzz in the music industry with his latest EP, ‘Classic Covers’.  Released on May 16th, the four-song set showcases Miller’s talent as he puts a reggae spin on beloved Rhythm and Blues and pop classics. Produced by Tim Dub for the Movement Music label, the EP is now available on all leading online stores.

Miller’s ‘Classic Covers’ EP breathes new life into well-known standards, including Peter Frampton’s ‘Show me the Way,’ The Doobie Brother’s ‘Listen to the Music,’ The Bee Gees ‘How Deep is Your Love,’ and Fleetwood Mac’s ‘Dreams.’ With his smooth and silky voice, Miller adds a reggae flavor to these timeless hits, creating a unique and refreshing musical experience.

This EP follows Miller’s successful 2022 release, ‘Loving Feeling,’ which was produced by Canadian Josh Goldman and Tim Dub under the GoldDub Productions label. The eclectic five-song EP exudes love, happiness, and well-being, showcasing Miller’s versatility as an artist.

Born in the mountainous parish of Manchester, Jamaica, Miller’s journey to becoming a renowned reggae performer was destined. His move to Toronto, Canada as a teenager provided him with new musical inspirations and allowed him to explore different emotions and cultural reactions within the reggae scene.

Miller’s talent and dedication to his craft have established him as one of Canada’s leading reggae acts. His captivating performances have earned him a loyal fan base, and he continues to push boundaries with his unique interpretations of classic songs.

This summer, Miller will be taking his brand of reggae to Europe as he presents a special tribute to the crown prince of reggae, Dennis Brown, at the Reggae Jam Festival in Bersenbruck, Germany. The festival appearance promises to be a memorable showcase of Miller’s talent.
