Ras Kronik is ending 2024 the same way he started the year. On a positive note.
He is calling on fans to heed the words of ‘Agree to Disagree’, one of the songs from ‘The Energy’, his album which was released last year by Pandemic Records.
Its call for global unity, Ras Kronik stated, is timeless.
“The message that it carries across our great nation is if we join together in that oneness, the illusion would be solved. It (‘Agree to Disagree’) is relevant especially when it comes to consciousness. There’s nothing outside of love, because love is the ultimate. We should all start loving each other, which is the goal,” he reasoned.
Ras Kronik is a pivotal figure in the Las Vegas reggae scene. Prior to moving that gambling city, the Jamaican artist had stints in South Florida and New York, recording songs for various producers.
The most prolific phase of his career has come in Sin City where he has worked with local musicians such as the Bonafide Band, which comprises Jamaicans also based in Las Vegas.
‘The Energy’ is Ras Kronik’s third album, following ‘The Real Thing’ and ‘Wild N Free’. It contains 12 songs, most of them produced by Pandemic Records, an Atlanta-based company owned by his brother Sheldon Edwards.
