Dancehall fans in Canada are in for a treat as Diet Monkey Entertainment gears up for the A20 RIDDIM Canadian tour, featuring some of the hottest dancehall artists in the country. Kicking off in Toronto on March 31st, the tour promises to be a night of high-energy entertainment, bringing together a variety of artists from Canada and Jamaica.
One of the featured acts on the tour is Edmonton-based Skystar, known as “The Farrin Badniss Boss.” Skystar has already performed in Toronto twice before, but he promises that this time around, his performances will be a spectacle to behold. “It will be an energy-driven performance,” he said. “People will be electrified by a new upcoming artist.”
Skystar will be performing all his fans’ favorite songs, including his high-energy track ‘Split Bounce’ from the A20 RIDDIM EP, which has already amassed over 60,000 views on YouTube. His latest single, ‘Learnt’, is also generating buzz in dancehall circles.
Skystar has hinted at the release of more new music in 2023 and is set to appear in Jamaica and England later this year, so fans can look forward to even more electrifying performances from this rising star.
The A20 RIDDIM Showcase features a lineup of talented artists, including Snipa Wizdom, Gyal Ediot & JStvrr, Izrel, and R Embassida from Jamaica. The tour also features Marvin the Beast, 10k Barbie, and some of the hottest Dancehall DJs from Toronto and Montreal. The tour will be making stops in several cities across Canada, including Montreal on April 1st, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and more.
