Reggae artiste Ras Fraser Jr is all smiles as he continues to promote his new single titled ‘My Forever Love’.
The song which is one of the featured tracks on the ‘Reggae Still Alive’ rhythm album produced by Conroy Smith of Love Star Music was released in January 2023. Since then, ‘My Forever Love’ has enjoyed heavy rotation both locally and overseas.
“I am overjoyed about the tremendous support that this song has received since it was released. It’s getting strong rotation in several territories worldwide including the Caribbean, the US, Europe, Africa, and Canada,” he said.
The firebrand deejay who is the son of veteran reggae singer Phillip Fraser says the song was inspired by the two greatest loves of his life, his wife Suki, and his homeland, Jamaica.
“One night I was in Florida which is a very long way from home, and I was missing my Queen badly. I was also listening to the ‘Reggae Still Alive’ rhythm when I decided to write this song about my wife and Jamaica. I love my wife and children and my country endlessly,” said Ras Fraser Jr.
He also revealed that he’s gearing up to release his third studio album. The 10-track reggae project which is titled ‘I Am Conscious’ is slated to be released this summer.
Ras Fraser Jr said he is also getting ready to drop the second single from the album a thought-provoking reggae song titled ‘Soul Confusion’ featuring Perfect Giddimani which is scheduled for release in May of this year.
