Miss Diva & Turbulence Drops New Lovers Single “Ready for Love”

Montreal-based singer/songwriter Alicia Anderson, widely known as Miss Diva, is making waves in the music world once again—this time with a sultry new collaboration alongside reggae heavyweight Turbulence. Their new single, “Ready for Love,” is capturing the hearts of fans with its powerful lyrics and passionate delivery, signaling a bold new chapter in cross-cultural musical fusion.

Miss Diva’s admiration for Turbulence’s music, especially his deeply emotive lovers rock style, sparked the idea for a duet after the two shared a stage. “After performing with him and seeing how humble he was, I knew a collaboration would be magic,” Miss Diva shared. That magic became reality when she penned her verse and Turbulence responded almost instantly with his own, igniting a powerful musical synergy.

The track, released May 2nd under Miss Diva Records, is already enjoying widespread acclaim from fans and DJs alike. With production credits from Miss Diva herself, and executive production by Kingston-based Greg Fusionz along with Turbulence, the song is a vibrant fusion of Canadian soul and Jamaican rhythm. “Females are loving the single because it talks about letting your partner know that you are worth it,” said Miss Diva. “Every woman can relate to this track—it’s about giving your all in a relationship.”

Adding fuel to the excitement, Miss Diva and her management team are set to return to Jamaica this July to film the “Ready for Love” music video alongside Turbulence’s team, promising a visual as compelling as the song itself.

But that’s just the beginning for Miss Diva. With a packed summer schedule that includes performances and a new track with Greg Fusionz, she’s also putting finishing touches on two EPs—one soca, timed for Trinidad Carnival 2026, and one reggae, set to drop summer 2026.

“I’m loving that I get to create music in different genres,” Miss Diva said. “It shows who I am as an artist—versatile, passionate, and ready for love.”
