Jah Lama Set to Release Debut EP

Fast rising dancehall artiste Jah Lama is gearing up to release his debut EP, ‘Fight the Fight’, on December 15.

“Recording this EP is a major achievement for me on so many levels. Since I began my journey in music, I’ve faced a lot of obstacles on the path to success. The songs on this project were inspired by everything I’ve experienced in life and music,” said the artiste.

The eight-song project which was produced by his manager Sheldon Edwards will feature songs such as ‘Pouring Rain’, ‘Burn Dem Down’ featuring Turbulence, ‘Go Hard’ and the title track ‘Fight the Fight’.

“This EP is about overcoming adversity and achieving goals. I am sure this theme will resonate with music lovers all over the world. I feel very proud about this project because every song on it carries a message of inspiration and hope,” said Jah Lama.

The Clarendon based deejay plans to celebrate the release of the EP with a big launch party and stage show on the day it is released.

The event which is dubbed ‘Fight the Fight’ will feature performances from a host of popular dancehall and reggae acts including Bounty Killer, Sizzla, Turbulence, Little Hero and Jeff Fullyauto.

“My team is going all out with the promotion of my EP we’re going to have a big launch and stage at Stafton Block Factory in Chapleton in Clarendon on the 15th of this month. It’s going to be a very exciting and entertaining event. I have to big up my manager Sheldon Edwards and the entire Pandemic Records for everything they’re doing to promote this project.”
