Fresh from a promotional stint in the United Kingdom, Don G is pushing a new song with several other singles expected for release in the next three months.
‘Free’ is the title of his latest song, produced by Natty Megs. According to Don G, who is based in Luxembourg, “Free is a heartfelt plea for people to free their minds from hate, greed and mental slavery and live in love in these times.”
‘Internal Fire’, produced by Love Star Music, and ‘Real Warrior’, produced by Jeffafah Sound are the anticipated follow-ups.
With summer approaching, Don G did the rounds in the UK which still has a sizable reggae following. He performed at the City Splash Festival on May 26 in Brixton, south London, a show that featured big names such as Tarrus Riley and Popcaan.
“It’s another milestone for me in life and music, that’s City Splash, a renowned reggae festival with a lot of major acts. It’s really a great look for my career,” said Don G, who is from St. Catherine parish in rural Jamaica.
While in the UK, he also did interviews on hip radio programs including with DJ AG, who hosts one of the most popular online shows in that country.
