Now in its fourth staging, the competition is set to commence on May 4th, 2024, at 7:00 pm, and will continue every Saturday at Studio M, located at 1672 Eglinton Avenue West. The competition provides a platform for emerging artists to showcase their skills and compete for exciting prizes.
Registration is mandatory, with the deadline set for April 30th, 2024. Registered contestants will have their photos taken on April 6th, 2024, with videos created for promotional purposes throughout April.
The competition offers a range of enticing prizes, including paid performances at Rastafest on August 16th, recording contracts, international tours, music video production, and the opportunity to perform at international Rastafest events. Additionally, winners will participate in a Reggae boot camp – Artist Development Program, offering valuable mentorship and guidance.
