Ammoye Joins “Female Reggae Voices” on European Tour

Canadian reggae powerhouse Ammoye is set to bring her unmistakable voice and uplifting message to European audiences this summer as part of Samora’s highly anticipated Female Reggae Voices tour.

Known for her commanding stage presence and deeply rooted sound, Ammoye is expected to deliver performances that resonate far beyond the stage. With a career marked by eight JUNO Award nominations, she continues to stand at the forefront of Canada’s reggae scene while gaining increasing international recognition. Her music, centered on themes of love, unity, empowerment, and social justice, has made her a compelling voice in modern reggae.

“This is going to be epic in every way, so get ready as we bring our unique flavours of reggae music to keep the people moving and grooving,” Ammoye said, expressing excitement and gratitude for joining the tour alongside a dynamic roster of female artists.

The tour is spearheaded by Samora, an award-winning reggae artist celebrated for her powerful vocals and electrifying performances. After first participating in the Female Reggae Voices concert series eight years ago, she returns in 2026 with a renewed vision—uniting international female reggae talents for a summer mini-tour that highlights diversity, empowerment, and the unifying force of music.

Joining Ammoye on the lineup are Jamaica’s Yeza and Germany’s Zoe Mazah. Each artist brings a distinct musical style, from dancehall to ska to roots reggae, creating a vibrant and genre-spanning experience for audiences.

The collaborations between the artists are featured on Samora’s latest album, “Elevation.” The project includes the energetic dancehall track “Mind No More” with Yeza, the ska-infused “More Reggae (Funk It Up)” with Ammoye, and the empowering anthem “Queens” with Zoe Mazah—each track reflecting the individuality and strength of its collaborators.

The Female Reggae Voices tour will make stops across Europe, including major festivals and cultural hubs:

  • July 16 – Location to be announced
  • July 17 – Reeds Festival, Pfäffikon, Switzerland
  • July 18 – Downtown Festival, Wangerooge, Germany
  • July 24 – Festival Am Schluss, Thun, Switzerland
  • July 25 – Ostróda Reggae Festival, Ostróda, Poland
  • July 26 – Reggaejam, Bersenbrück, Germany

With its powerful lineup and message-driven performances, the tour promises to be a celebration of reggae’s global reach and the rising influence of women shaping its future.
